- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, warmed slightly
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill weed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.

3Cover and let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 60 minutes.

4Stir down dough. Put in pan and let rise again.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

6Brush with soft butter.
