- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water and let stand 10 minutes.

2Combine in large bowl, cottage cheese, butter, a mixture of sugar, salt and soda, onion, dill seed, egg and softened yeast.

3Beat well to blend.

4Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
