- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. dried dill weed
- 3 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Wash and boil potatoes until tender.

2When cool enough to handle, peel and chop potatoes (the secret is to mix this salad while the potatoes are still warm).
