- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine cottage cheese, sugar, butter, onion, dill weed, salt, and soda.

3Mix into yeast.

4Stir in half of flour and the egg.

5Add in rest of the flour.

6Knead several min, adding more flour if necessary.

7Cover and let rise till double in bulk, about 50 to 60 min.

8Stir down; shape into rolls and bake in muffin tin or possibly shape into hamburger buns.

9Let rise about 30 min.

10Bake in 350 degree oven about 15 min.

11Brush with softened butter immediately after removing from oven.
