- 2 to 3 lb. beef stew
- soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 to 5 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 or more large carrots, cut in pieces
- 1/2 or more cabbage head, cut in wedges
Directions

1Spray bottom of large Dutch oven with Pam.

2Brown stew beef, stirring until browned on all sides.

3Pour on soy sauce to taste. Cover with water and cook, covered, until tender. Add onion, pepper and celery.

4Add potatoes and carrots, pushing down into water, if possible.

5Lay cabbage wedges on top. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

6Serve hot.
