  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    In large bowl, mix water, yeast, sugar and salt. Add 1 1/4 cups flour and mix well. Add egg and oil; mix in 1 1/4 cups flour, mixing well. Cover and let rise at room temperature until double in size. Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead lightly; pinch off rolls. Place in oiled baking pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake in 400° oven until brown.
