- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. hot, 1 c. cold water
- 6 c. flour (scant)
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix yeast with water; cream Crisco and sugar.

2Add eggs.

3Add flour and salt alternately with water.

4Let rise until double. Make into balls, dip into melted butter.

5Put 2 or 3 balls in greased muffin pans.

6Bake at 350° 15 to 20 minutes.

7When removed from pans, pour melted butter over rolls.

8These can be refrigerated before the dough rises.
