- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oleo or butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Soak yeast in 1/4 cup warm water for 5 minutes.

2Combine milk, sugar and salt; stir to dissolve.

3Beat in butter, eggs and 1 cup flour (not sifted) until dough leaves sides of bowl.

4Turn onto lightly floured board.

5Knead until dough is no longer sticky. Place in greased bowl; grease top of dough and cover.

6Let rise until doubled.

7Work down and form into rolls.

8Place on greased baking sheet; let rise until doubled in size.

9Bake in preheated 425° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
