- 1 egg
- 4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry yeast
- 1 c. powdered milk or substitute
- 2 c. very warm water
Directions

1Beat egg in a mixing bowl.

2Add 4 cups flour.

3Add oil, sugar, salt, yeast and one of the last ingredients.

4Beat 5 minutes by hand.

5Cover with a cloth until double in size or about 1 hour. Punch down.

6Make in rolls or bake in 2 loaf pans for 20 minutes at 350°.
