- 1 Tbsp. salad mustard
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- about 1 c. salad oil, chilled
- 2 or 3 drops hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon or less
Directions

1Combine mustard, catsup and mayonnaise; beat with fork or wire whip.

2Add cold salad oil very, very slowly (the secret to thickening the dip), beating constantly.

3Add oil until thickened. Stir in all seasonings, mixing well.

4Makes enough for 3 pounds of shrimp.
