   Mix melted oleo with cookie crumbs.

   Reserve 1 cup cookie mixture.

   Pat rest down in an 8 x 10-inch pan.

   Mix the pudding with the milk.

   Add cream cheese; mix well.

   Add Cool Whip and mix.

   Spread pudding mixture over cookie crumbs.

   Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top; chill for about an hour.
