   Scrape filling off 1 roll Oreos; crush and save.

   Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese in mixer.

   Stir in Cool Whip.

   Crush 2 rolls Oreos, and stir into mixture along with filling from first roll. Spoon into plant pot.

   Sprinkle crumbs from first roll on top. Cover and refrigerate.

   Place flower in pot when ready to serve.
