   Crush cookies into crumbs; save 1/2 of them for topping.

   Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar; blend well.

   Set aside. Melt margarine and mix with 1/2 crushed cookie crumbs and put in bottom of flower pot.

   Now take the cheese mixture and fold into it 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

   Spread over crumbs.

   Mix pudding with milk and place on top of cream cheese mixture.

   Insert a few gummy worms; set aside to cool or set.

   Top with remaining Cool Whip and cover with cookie crumbs.

   Chill at least 8 hours.
