- 1 pkg. Oleo cookies (2 rows only)
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Crush Oreos and set aside.

2Mix pudding and milk until thick and put in refrigerator.

3With mixer, cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter.

4Then add with mixer Cool Whip, pudding and vanilla to cheese mixture.

5Layer in bowl 1/3 crushed cookies, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/3 crushed cookies and 1/2 pudding mixture.

6Cover with remaining cookies and refrigerate.
