Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oleo cookies (2 rows only); 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 c. confectioners sugar; 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 3 1/2 c. milk; 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip; 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Crush Oreos and set aside.

Mix pudding and milk until thick and put in refrigerator.

With mixer, cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter.

Then add with mixer Cool Whip, pudding and vanilla to cheese mixture.

Layer in bowl 1/3 crushed cookies, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/3 crushed cookies and 1/2 pudding mixture.

Cover with remaining cookies and refrigerate.
