  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small boxes French Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Grate cookies, set aside.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and butter together.

    Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk and add to mixture, fold in Cool Whip.

    Layer grated cookies alternately with mixture ending up with cookies on top.
