Directions

   Place half of crushed cookies in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.

   Blend the cream cheese and oleo until smooth.

   Fold in whipped topping and powdered sugar.

   In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla flavoring according to box instructions.

   Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture.

   Pour filling over cookie crust, then cover with remaining cookies.

   Chill before serving.
