Directions

   Mix in a bowl the confectioners sugar, margarine and cream cheese.

   In a separate bowl, combine the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding.

   Fold in the Cool Whip.

   Mix contents of the two bowls together until smooth; allow to set.

   Layer crumbs and mixture into an 8-inch flowerpot or pail (as in pail and shovel). End with crumb mixture.

   Freeze in freezer overnight.
