Directions

   Crush half of the cookies into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar together.

   Mix pudding and milk until thick.

   Combine pudding with cream cheese mixture.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Pour on top of cookie layer.

   Crush rest of cookies and sprinkle on top.
