  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix the cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar.

    In a separate bowl, mix the milk, pudding and vanilla. Combine all and fold in Cool Whip. Crush Oreos.

    Put half in bottom.

    Put in mixture and other half of Oreos on top.
