Directions

   Crush Oreos into crumbs (food processor).

   Put 1 cup in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

   Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and butter in a large bowl.

   Beat until creamed.

   In separate bowl, put pudding, milk and vanilla.

   Mix well.

   Combine pudding and cream cheese mixture; pour over crumbs, then cover with rest of crumbs.

   Press down to level.

   Refrigerate or freeze for at least 12 hours.
