  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 1/2 lb. Oreos

    Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese and butter.

    In separate bowl, combine milk and pudding, then add Cool Whip, cream cheese mixture and pudding together.

    Set aside.

    Crush Oreos into a fine crumb mixture.

    Layer crushed Oreos and creamed mixture, ending with Oreos.
