Directions

   Blend together Cool Whip, margarine, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

   In a second bowl, blend together vanilla pudding, milk and vanilla.

   Combine and mix both mixtures together. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely chopped.

   Layer in 9 x 13-inch dish:
