   and mix 1/2 stick butter and 2/3 Oreos in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese, 1 stick butter and powdered

    bowl,

    mix pudding and milk with vanilla.

    Mix everything together except Cool

    Whip. Spread

    crusts.

    Whip over that; sprinkle rest of cookies on top and chill.
