  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, chopped to fine crumbs

    Blend butter, cream cheese, sugar, milk and pudding in blender.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Alternate layers of cookie crumbs and creamy mixture.
