  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
  • 12 oz. container Cool Whip

    Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

    Beat together French vanilla pudding and milk.

    Add cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    In food processor or blender, crush Oreo cookies.
