   Crush Oreo cookies; set aside.

   Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

   Then mix in larger bowl the 2 boxes pudding, milk and Cool Whip; then mix all together.

   Use electric mixer, then layer in clean and lined with plastic wrap flowerpot:

   dirt first (Oreos), until all used.

   Use Cool Whip lid in bottom of flower pot.
