Directions

   Crush Oreos with rolling pin or in food processor.

   Set aside. In a medium bowl, cream butter, cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.

   In a separate bowl, mix pudding mix and milk together; stir until thoroughly mixed.

   Add pudding mixture to cream mixture; beat until well mixed.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   In an oblong serving dish, layer crushed cookies, cream and pudding mixture, ending with cookies.

   Refrigerate until ready to serve.
