   Crush Oreos with rolling pin.

   Set aside.

   Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip, then add creamed mixture and mix well.

   In big plastic flowerpot, invert Cool Whip lid in bottom so pudding won't come out holes.

   Layer cookies in bottom, creamy mixture in middle and then cookies on top.

   Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, stick plastic flower in middle and serve with a garden trowel.
