  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. softened margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Blend together cream cheese, sugar and margarine; set aside. Then mix milk and pudding mix by directions for pudding.

    Next, mix cream cheese mixture and pudding thoroughly.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Layer Oreos, then pudding mixture, starting first layer with Oreos and ending with Oreos.
