   Crush Oreos and put in a bowl.

   In another bowl, blend the pudding with the milk; fold in Cool Whip.

   Refrigerate mixture for 2 to 3 minutes for pudding to thicken.

   In large bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar (until creamy).

   Take the pudding from the refrigerator and add it to the cream cheese mixture.

   Stir until mixed thoroughly.

   Starting with the crushed cookies, layer the mixture and the cookies.

   Top and bottom layers should be cookies.

   Arrange gummy worms on the surface of the mixture; stick the flowers in the middle and dig in!
