Directions

   Cream butter, cheese and sugar together.

   In separate bowl mix milk, pudding and cool whip together.

   Combine butter mixture and pudding mixture together.

   Place half of the cookie crumbles on the bottom of the pan or bowl used for serving.

   Pour cream mixture over the top of the cookie crumbles.

   Top with remaining cookie crumbles.

   Refrigerate.
