  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 oz. vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat together Oreos, Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and margarine.

    Beat milk, pudding and vanilla until it looks like pudding.

    In large bowl or clean flowerpot, mix all together or alternate layers.

    Garnish with gummy worms, if desired.
