  • 3 small boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    In food processor, crush Oreo cookies; set aside.

    In bowl, combine next 5 ingredients and fold in Cool Whip.

    In dish, start layering with cookies, then pudding and continue layering, ending up with cookies on top.

    Chill.
