   Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and Cool Whip together.

   You may want to line the inside of pot with foil for easier clean-up. Save some Oreos for top.

   Layer pot with cookie crumbs, filling and cherries.

   Keep layering until you get to the top.

   For decorations, use silk flowers and gummy bear worms or use a pail and shovel.
