  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (12 oz.) or (16 oz.) Cool Whip

    Mix pudding by directions on box.

    Add all the other ingredients except cookies, then mix well.
