- 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions

1Crush Oreo cookies.

2Mix pudding and milk and set aside.

3Mix cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture.

4Layer in an oblong dish alternating crumbs with pudding mixture.
