- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium chopped bell pepper
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice and set aside.

2Brown hamburger, onion, bell pepper and celery in large pot until done.

3Drain excess grease.

4Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly.

5Let stand about 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
