  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium chopped bell pepper
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • garlic salt to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook rice and set aside.

    Brown hamburger, onion, bell pepper and celery in large pot until done.

    Drain excess grease.

    Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly.

    Let stand about 30 minutes for flavors to blend.

    Serve with salad or vegetables.
