  • 1 pkg. gizzards
  • 1 pkg. chicken livers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Chop first 4 ingredients (onion and garlic extra fine).

    In large skillet or Dutch oven, saute gizzards in margarine, add onion and garlic.

    Add liver last, mashing so that it dissolves into gravy.

    Add rice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
