- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Simmer livers, peppers, onions and celery in oil with 2 cups water until tender and water is cooked out. Add 1/8 teaspoon red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste.

2Place in blender and blend well. Add to cooked rice.

3Reheat and serve. Double this for large crowds. Also this freezes well.
