Ingredients
- 6 trout fillets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- paprika
- Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place fish in a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.

2Add onion, mushrooms, parsley and wine.

3Wrap tight to waterproof. Place on top rack of dishwasher.

4Turn dishwasher to full cycle. When cycle is complete, fish will be cooked.

5Remove from dishwasher and open foil.

6Dot fish with butter and sprinkle with seasoning.

7Place under broiler until lightly browned.
