  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 8 slices ham, sliced, rectangular shaped
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Prehead oven to 250 degrees.

    Spray casserole dish with Pam.

    Halve chicken breasts to make 8 pieces.

    Wrap each piece of chicken breast with 1 slice of ham. Secure with a toothpick.

    Place rollups in prepared pan.

    Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl.

    Pour mixture over rollups to cover completely.

    Bake uncovered SLOWLY at 250 degrees about 3 hours.

    Baste every 30 minutes or so. Mixture should not boil.
