  • 2/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

    Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard ball (260°).

    Pour into beaten egg whites.

    Add vanilla; beat until it holds its shape and becomes slightly dull.

    Drop onto waxed paper.
  5. 5
    Do not drop too soon, or it will not hold its shape.

    It is delicious!!!
