   Cook the first 3 ingredients until it forms a long thread. Turn off fire and cool until all bubbles are gone.

   Beat egg whites until firm, but not dry.

   Add cool mixture to egg whites.

   Add vanilla.

   Beat until thick.

   Add nuts.

   Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
