- 8 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 4 tart apples, cored and sliced in rings
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
Directions

1Brown pork chops in hot grease; sprinkle with salt and sage. Place in baking dish; top with apples.

2Sprinkle with sugar.

3Add flour to grease in skillet; blend.

4Add water and vinegar; cook until thick.

5Add raisins; pour over chops.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
