- 2 tablespoons diced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 12 cup reserved tomato juice
Directions

1Brown onion and garlic in oil.

2Add flour to make paste.

3Add in remaining ingredients except tomato juice.

4Stir to blend.

5Add in reserved tomato juice to make the sauce the consistency you prefer.

6Simmer 10 minutes and pour over the enchilidas of your choice.

7Sprinkle with cheese and bake.
