- 8 slices bread
- 10 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon, cut up very small
Directions

1Butter slices of bread and decrust.

2Lay butter side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3With mixer or blender, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.

4Pour over bread.

5Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture.

6Place bacon (uncooked) on top.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
