- 2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 32 (two 5 1/2 oz. pkg.) mini wieners
Directions

1Sift cornmeal, flour and salt together.

2Combine egg, Carnation and oil.

3Stir Carnation mixture into cornmeal mixture. Pat wieners dry with paper towels.

4Insert skewer through end of wiener.

5Dip wiener completely in cornmeal mixture.

6Pull out, twisting slightly to form even coating.

7Deep fry in hot fat (375°) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

8Remove skewer.

9Drain on paper towels.

10Keep warm.

11Serve with Mustard Sauce.
