Ingredients

  • 4 quarts popped corn (about 2 microwave bags)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 cup margarine, melted
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 14 cup white Karo
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking soda

Directions

    In a heavy pan, combine sugar, margarine, butter and karo syrup.

    Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes stirring.

    Stir in baking soda.

    This will cause a foaming effect.

    Pour over popped corn.

    Stir until corn is well covered.

    Spread on a prepared surface and let cool.

    Break apart and store in an airtight container.
