- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 to 5 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all together; mix well.

2Roll 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick on a floured board.

3Do not try to roll out whole recipe at once.

4Cut with donut cutter or biscuit cutter; make hole with finger.

5Fry at 400° approximately.

6Turn once until done; drain.

7Cool, dust with confectioners sugar when cool or frost with any kind you wish.
