- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 3 hot peppers, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped
- 8 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. red vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. tomato paste
Directions

1Cook everything together except the tomato paste.

2Cook until vegetables are tender.

3Then add tomato paste (if you do not have paste, use tomato sauce or tomato puree).

4Bring to boil.

5You can put this salsa in jars and seal them.
